The package arrived in 10 days! The quality is quite good. Walking with a torn meniscus in my knee has become easier! Flat motion restrictors (side stabilizers) made of some kind of dense rubber are sewn on the sides. Also, as can be seen immediately in the product photo, there is a ring-shaped damper on the kneecap made of soft rubber (also sewn inside the brace).

I found the knee brace to be quite good. I have problems with both knees, and when I put the braces on, I felt a nice firmness. You can feel that the patella is being forced into the correct position. Regarding the size, don't buy too large, as it needs to apply good pressure on the knee. I have a thick leg and bought size M. As you can see in the photo, it fits very well.
